12 Daily Presence Prompts (2 minutes a day)
Each morning for 12 days, you’ll unlock a new “present”: a short, clear practice you can do in about two minutes. Breath, body, nervous system, simple actions that bring you back to you.

What you’ll receive

  • December 8–19, 2025 we move together for 12 days.

  • Each morning, you’ll receive an email with your new 2-minute “present.”

  • You choose when in your day to do it—no set start time, no live call pressure.

  • We gather twice on virtual (kickoff + closing) to ground, celebrate, and integrate.

  • You keep the tracker + practices to come back to anytime you need a reset.

  1. Opening Intention Circle (virtual)
    A gentle kickoff call where we ground together, set intentions, and give your system a soft place to land instead of sprinting into the end of the year. (Replay provided.)

  2. Closing Integration Circle (virtual)
    We’ll reflect on what shifted, celebrate your follow-through, and choose the 1–3 practices you want to carry into 2026. (Replay provided.)

  3. Printable 12-Day Presence Tracker
    A beautifully simple one-page tracker to print or keep on your device so you can see your 12 days of presence at a glance. Check off each practice and jot a word or two about how you felt.

  4. Daily Email Support & Gentle Reminders
    Each day you’ll get a short email with your new “present,” why it matters for your nervous system/health, and exactly what to do. No long lessons, no overwhelm.

FAQs

What if I miss a day?
Totally okay. This is a shame-free zone. You can catch up later or just pick back up with the current day. The win is you returning to yourself, not perfection.

What if I can’t make the live calls?
Replays will be sent out within 24 hours. You’ll still receive all 12 prompts, the tracker, and the reflection questions.

How long do I have access?
You can keep the emails, tracker, and prompts forever. You can even repeat your own 12 Days of Presence whenever you need a reset.

Do I need to be “good” at meditation or breathwork?
Nope. Everything is designed to be simple and doable even if your brain is busy and your system is tired.
